Telefonica, the largest Spanish company undertakes the strategic focus of its fourteen thousand employees in a single new headquarters in Madrid. After a lengthy review process of defining needs and objectives, planning a campus-based support that makes its flexibility and its conceptual architecture homogeneous high financial value, with a strong architectural identity.

Four phases of three identical buildings grouped together, occupy the verticals of the solar and watchtowers surround the perimeter of the campus. Inside, the building management, restaurants, clinic, or gyms, are equidistant from the periphery of the phases.
Only one type of glass created especially for the project and an extensive cover of solar protection and avoid a perception of all dispersed, cohesive as a single building, as one company.
