Patricia Urquiola has designed a chair Husk for B & B Italia.
A plastic shell and a soft pillow series: This is the basic element of the chair Chaff. A gentle and unique chair, Chaff is the result of a long development process, three types of pillows are available: standard, large and very large or the headrests, while the support body can be either fixed or rotating. A back of the footrest is also available.
Playing in various colors and finishes of the body, supports (in natural oak or gray or black lacquered wood) and covers (various types of leather or cloth), Chaff can radically change the appearance, of a single color for the style of a very bright or subtle elegance. With this project, B & B Italia covers the theme of ecology by using recycled materials.
