Dutch designer Douwe Jacobs is a designer who has created a chair called “Flux”. This is a project after graduation in the field of industrial design engineering in 2008. Together with fellow students graduation is Tom Schouten, Flux Furniture was founded and since then they have worked to transform a small paper model into a product ready for production and patented. This is an inspiration from an artist who creates stunning designs seats by folding the material along the curved line folding. A small scale model made ??of paper, beautiful in its simplicity and strong enough. Jacobs and Schouten recently showcased Flux Chair in 100% Design exhibition in Rotterdam.
